Running Accomplishments:

I have ran numerous 5k's. The funnest I think was the anywhere anytime race held in IF in January. You only know the day, they text you the time & you don't know the distance until you're done. Super fun! The other one was the cerebrun in PA. It was a 7-10 mile race with obstacle courses & the distance was determined on the path you took which was decided on your answer to crazy questions. I have ran 1 10k & got hurt 2 miles into my 2nd. I am finally back at it after a 6 months hiatus. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

This year I want to do a race each month, building up to complete a few half marathons & at least one marathon in 2016.

Long-Term Running Goals:

My goal is to run as long as my body will tolerate it. 

Personal:

I run to stay sane. I consider my runs my "me time". I am single & the mother of a furbaby who goes on my shorter runs with me, she can make it about 3 miles & she is spent. She's a great running partner.

7 miles on treadmill at 4 am ha ha. 69:19, 1056 calories. Started at 6.0 & went up to 6.1 & 6.2 for 3-4 minutes each on rotation.

I was underdressed & had to pee really bad during the race so I attribute my personal best to that ha ha. I will dress better next time! It's hard to pace when you can't feel your body.

Dang, I forgot to look at the time. It was around 32 minutes. I did a tempo run so warm up starting at 5.7 & inceased over 10 min until I was at 6.2 & ran that pace for 10 minutes then slowly decelerated for 10 min to 5.7 again. Stupid ankles are killing me. Need to get into PT & get a running analysis soon!

Time: 1:03:34, 10:34 min/mi, 592 calories. First mile was a 12 min mile in brutal snow & wind. I had to take a different path & that helped a lot but facing wind uphill was a good challenge. Love running outside!

6x400 on treadmill. Took me 3 times to figure out right now my ideal sprint is at 7.3. I walked 2-3 minutes between.
