Running Accomplishments:

I have ran numerous 5k's. The funnest I think was the anywhere anytime race held in IF in January. You only know the day, they text you the time & you don't know the distance until you're done. Super fun! The other one was the cerebrun in PA. It was a 7-10 mile race with obstacle courses & the distance was determined on the path you took which was decided on your answer to crazy questions. I have ran 1 10k & got hurt 2 miles into my 2nd. I am finally back at it after a 6 months hiatus. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

This year I want to do a race each month, building up to complete a few half marathons & at least one marathon in 2016.

Long-Term Running Goals:

My goal is to run as long as my body will tolerate it. 

Personal:

I run to stay sane. I consider my runs my "me time". I am single & the mother of a furbaby who goes on my shorter runs with me, she can make it about 3 miles & she is spent. She's a great running partner.

Outside. 1:18:19. 669 calories. Ave pace 11:11. First 1.5 miles I ran along a dike in a farmers field & that was super hard. Weather was 7 but felt like -6 with 8 mph wind. I wore 2 pairs of socks, both merino, 2 baselayers with thicker layer pants & pink long sleeved shirt, purple long sleve & grey jacket. I wore headband with blue baklava & 2 pairs of gloves. I didn't need the bakalva running with the wind but def needed it & both pairs of gloves against the wind. Overall felt I dressed perfectly.
