Running Accomplishments:

I have ran numerous 5k's. The funnest I think was the anywhere anytime race held in IF in January. You only know the day, they text you the time & you don't know the distance until you're done. Super fun! The other one was the cerebrun in PA. It was a 7-10 mile race with obstacle courses & the distance was determined on the path you took which was decided on your answer to crazy questions. I have ran 1 10k & got hurt 2 miles into my 2nd. I am finally back at it after a 6 months hiatus.

Short-Term Running Goals:

This year I want to do a race each month, building up to complete a few half marathons & at least one marathon in 2016.

Long-Term Running Goals:

My goal is to run as long as my body will tolerate it.

Personal:

I run to stay sane. I consider my runs my "me time". I am single & the mother of a furbaby who goes on my shorter runs with me, she can make it about 3 miles & she is spent. She's a great running partner.

Today was windy outside & a few farmers were out tilling the ground so the dust didn't help the asthma. I lost my inhaler at the begining of the run (found it about 1/2 mile from my house on the road, but don't know if it's working condition still). I planned on usingm my inhaler after one hour but it was still lost at that point so I had to take 1 minute breaks each mile after 6.5 miles. Pretty good practice run with the typical Idaho wind though.

Another double digit. Awesome job. You are killing your training. The wind blows around here, literally and figuratively. High five to not letting it get you down.
