Running Accomplishments:

I have ran numerous 5k's. The funnest I think was the anywhere anytime race held in IF in January. You only know the day, they text you the time & you don't know the distance until you're done. Super fun! The other one was the cerebrun in PA. It was a 7-10 mile race with obstacle courses & the distance was determined on the path you took which was decided on your answer to crazy questions. I have ran 1 10k & got hurt 2 miles into my 2nd. I am finally back at it after a 6 months hiatus.

Short-Term Running Goals:

This year I want to do a race each month, building up to complete a few half marathons & at least one marathon in 2016.

Long-Term Running Goals:

My goal is to run as long as my body will tolerate it.

Personal:

I run to stay sane. I consider my runs my "me time". I am single & the mother of a furbaby who goes on my shorter runs with me, she can make it about 3 miles & she is spent. She's a great running partner.

It makes me sad to see how many days I have had to miss running :( I barely started being able to walk normal again last week but have been really sick so still couldn't run until today. It felt awesome to run again. Going to hopefully run another 3 miles tonight since my foot/ankle hasn't bothered me at all today. Going to do a crossfit workout tonight too. I did a piyo abs workout this morning after my run.
